The real local workflow
See the channel decision before anything enters the queue.
The composer shows selected destinations, channel-specific limits, the backend validation result, and the exact revision ready for review.
- Start from one canonical message.
- Customize only the channels that need it.
- Validate before review, scheduling, or delivery.
A silent 14-second product tour moves from one campaign brief through channel variants, approval, scheduling, and a separate delivery receipt for each destination.
A cleaner team handoff
The writer, reviewer, and publisher work from the same record.
- Writer
- Prepares one core message and only the variants a network needs.
- Reviewer
- Approves the exact revision they saw, with the decision recorded.
- Publisher
- Schedules approved work and checks each destination separately.
- Automation
- Uses scoped API access without bypassing workspace or approval policy.
Before you start
What the free workspace includes
Can I try the workflow without connecting a social account?
Yes. Open the sign-in page and choose Explore the demo. Prepare a draft, validate its channel variants, request review, approve the exact revision, then inspect simulated delivery results. The browser demo uses sample data and does not contact a social network.
Does PostifyNow publish to live networks today?
The demo does not. A live account needs separately enabled publishing and verified permissions. The first-user live workflow targets text-only posts to an owned LinkedIn member profile, without media, company pages or analytics. Demo success does not establish live availability.
What counts as the first useful outcome?
Follow one draft through validation, review and approval, then inspect the result for each selected destination. Editing the approved content requires a new review. A simulated result proves the demo workflow only; an uncertain live outcome must be checked before any retry.
Make the approval trail part of publishing—not an afterthought.
Create a free workspace, then follow one guided post from draft to recorded outcome.
