Common pricing questions
Is pricing per user or per channel?
Neither. Each price covers one workspace up to the plan's included member and channel limits.
Does the trial require a card?
No. A Plus or Pro trial runs for seven days without a card or automatic charge.
Can I try the product without an account?
Yes. The demo uses sample data in your browser tab and makes no external publication.
What happens when a trial ends?
Access returns to your existing paid plan or Free. A no-card trial does not create a paid subscription.
Are app-store prices the same?
No public mobile store offer is verified. These prices apply to the web workspace catalog and do not establish App Store or Google Play prices.
How do renewals, cancellation, and refunds work?
Use the billing portal when checkout is available. Confirm the renewal total and any tax before paying. Contact support for refund questions; no refund guarantee is advertised here.
Can I change plans later?
Workspace owners and billing administrators can manage a subscription from the authenticated billing page.
